Full Charge Bookkeeper

Ref ID: 02890-0011257026 Classification: Full Charge Bookkeeper Compensation: $40000.00 to $50000.00 yearly We are in search of a determined Full Charge Bookkeeper for our client.

The Full Charge Bookkeeper will manage full cycle A/P, payroll, bank reconciliations, journal entries, month-end close, cash flow, financial statement preparation and audit.

The Full Charge Bookkeeper may also manage clerical staff.

How you will make an impact
– List budget transfers
– Manage monthly accounting close
– Fashion cash account journal entries including loans, taxes, bank fees, 401(k) deductions, etc.

– Look after Accounts Payable
– Formulate monthly reconciliations, financial statements and all supporting documents
– Accounts Receivable
– Get ready subcontractor 1099’s, and any other IRS year-end requirement
– Maintain sales tax records and creates and files quarterly payments
– Adept in credit card management and reconciliation
– Assemble cash flow projections, as needed
– Additional special projects if necessary
– Business license and gross receipts reporting Job Requirements:
– Considerable accounting experience, including as a Bookkeeper preferred
– Demonstrated knowledge of regulatory reporting
– General familiarity with Year-end Financial Statements
– Adeptness in Annual Reports
– Practical knowledge of account analysis
– Accounts Receivable (AR) experience
– Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)
– Debit Credit experience required
– Comprehensive knowledge of QuickBooks
– Deep understanding of account reconciliation
– Excellent attention to detail
– Excellent communication and organizational skills
– Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
– Dedication and requisite skills to meet critical business deadlines
– Ability to work well in matrix organization and dealing with ambiguity
– BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics or other business-related field preferred
– Demonstrated ability to implement solutions, strong analytical and communication skills as well
