Full Charge Bookkeeper/Financial Office Manager PART TIME (New Hartford, NY)

This is a Contract position in City Of Utica, NY posted May 19, 2020.

Experienced, Full Charge Bookkeeper needed approximately 20 hours per week Monday-Friday.

Must have a high level understanding of Accounting Principles and Business Procedures.

Must be proficient with Quickbooks.

Will perform AP/AR, double entry bookkeeping, apply cash, account reconciliation, invoicing and vendor verification.

Work directly with business owner.

Will ensure that all of a company’s expenses, income, and transactions are recorded in the company’s Quickbooks and reconcile the company’s financial accounts, typically on a monthly basis.

May also assist with financial statement and financial report preparation.

Successful candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Quickbooks.

Ideally, will have a two year degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field and/or significant experience as a Bookkeeper or Controller.
