Date of Appointment: As Soon as Possible Description of Responsibilities: The Project Support Staff professional in the Office of Business and Community Relations responsibilities will include: Provide daily front desk coverage and support all OBCR programs Process deposits, invoices and requests for payment by following office processes and using sound judgement Maintain office supply and equipment inventory and process supply orders. Assist with conference room reservations and set up for guests Sort and distribute mail Answer telephone and respond to OBCR email. Refer calls to appropriate OBCR staff Member Maintain and update OBCR website and social media accounts, including generating content, replying to comments and posting.
