Are you tech savvy? The Retail Sales Agent is a brand ambassador of all the company’s products and services.  You will own the customers experience, from the minute they walk into our stores. Are you up for the challenge?

Responsibilities

  • Represent the Altice brand with the upmost professionalism and courtesy by consistently greeting visitors when they enter the store, and guide them — advising, selling, and even setting up their new products.
  • Demonstrate value added selling to meet sales targets utilizing extensive Altice technology, products, services and ability to explain the overall value, features and benefits of them to find solutions aimed to meet customer’s needs. This includes working with the customer to assess the customer needs for upsell, recovering/issuing equipment, performing logistics duties, as well as assisting with general inquiries.
  • Understand the business processes of operating an Altice Retail Store and how the departments interact, and the employee’s role in contributing to its success to the store.
    • High School diploma or GED required, two years college preferred.
    • Retail and technology and/or cellular retail sales or equivalent experience required
    • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment and have the necessary skills to consistently perform to Altice
    • Comfortable using multiple computer platform based systems.
    • Ideal candidates must be highly motivated and enjoy working in a both a sales and service performance-measured environment
    • Must have excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on rapport building, listening, and highly skilled at accessing the customer needs.
    • Must be able to exhibit written and oral communications skills to a standard as set by
    • Strong aptitude for balancing cash and related cash handling skills.
    • Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced and ever-changing environment, work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays and overtime as required.
    • *Multilingual is highly preferred, e.g. Spanish 
    • Potential chance for certain locations only to travel as needed to other sites.
