Description

The Group Sales Associate will be responsible for working directly with management and senior management to maximize group ticket sales efforts.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Produce daily reports and recaps on all sales related activities
  • Pull data from Accesso and Salesforce to maximize ticket sales efforts
  • Collaborate with ticket sales team leaders to create insightful reports to maximize group ticket sales revenue
  • Create high level ticket reporting for management
  • Assist the data teams? efforts to capture all useful group ticket sales client and ticket data
  • Collaborate with senior management to determine pricing strategy based on ticket analysis and inventory
  • Develop ticket forecast and pricing model for new group ticket packages
  • Create regular weekly reports to share cross departmentally to forecast volume and group arrivals
  • Work with Sr. Management to create new collateral and email marketing campaigns for the sales team
  • Prospect conferences for the sales team to attend
  • Create training for the sales team on new protocol and best practices
  • Collaborate with the operations team to meet guest service goals
  • Assist in ticket processing and delivery
  • Non-traditional hours (Nights, Weekends & Holidays as necessary)
  • Create and maintains promo codes, gift codes and packages for Group Sales/ FIT
  • Assist the Guest Services team as needed
  • QUALIFICATIONS

    To perform this job successfully, the successful candidate must be able to perform each essential duty above at the highest levels. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • Bachelor?s Degree
  • Two (2) years of professional work experience. Experience in attractions, sports, or entertainment a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills ? diplomatic, tactful, customer-focused with a professional phone manner and ability to interact with a variety of clients
  • Resourceful, conscientious, organized and punctual
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Accesso ticketing a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, both internally and externally
  • Proven time-management, organizational and prioritizing skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, energetic and outgoing personality with a proactive approach to work
  • Desire to grow a fruitful career in attractions, sports and entertainment
