Job Description: The Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Binghamton invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position at the rank of assistant professor to begin fall 2020.

The department will consider exceptional candidates in all areas of electrical engineering but is particularly interested in candidates whose primary research expertise is in robotics and controls.

The successful applicant will be expected to develop an externally funded research program and have a commitment to excellence in teaching at the BS, MS, and PhD levels.

Requirements: Qualifications include an earned PhD in electrical engineering or closely related field, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to teaching and research.

A demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusiveness is preferred.
