Key functions within Enterprise Finance include finance and accounting; Treasury; corporate development, mergers, and acquisitions; Data Management and Insights, the Customer Remediation Center of Excellence, Enterprise Shared Services, Business Process Management, and Corporate Strategy.

Enterprise Finance informs shareholders, regulators, taxing authorities, team members, and leaders of the company?s financial performance through earnings releases, investor meetings and conferences, and meetings with regulators and credit rating agencies, following appropriate reporting guidelines.

DMI defines how we use information across the company, align our business practices and support our continued focus on great customer experience.This role will report to the overall lead for the Privacy by Design (PbD) Center of Excellence (COE) and provide PbD COE development and operations support.?

This role will also partner with leaders across Wells Fargo?s lines of business and technology organization to embed PbD standards and leading practices into applicable policies and procedures.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Help lead the development and operations of the PbD CoE Help lead the delivery of PbD guidelines, standards, capabilities, and processes across Wells Fargo Help lead the delivery of initial project reviews including advising project teams to ensure PbD standards are incorporated into plans at an early stage Help lead the development of deep and broad partnerships across business, technology, and operational leaders who are impacted by Privacy requirements Serve as a Privacy subject matter expert and PbD COE team member resource who provides guidance and disseminates privacy related requirements across impacted enterprise initiatives, policies, and procedures Partner with internal stakeholders, including initiative leaders and policy/procedure owners, throughout the life-cycle process to ensure PbD COE standards are both understood and integrated Help lead post integration/implementation monitoring to ensure expert advice and requirements have been implemented according to the PbD COE StandardRequired Qualifications 7+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: data management, data governance, data quality or data analysis2+ years of experience working with business and technical requirement documents4+ years of reporting experience, analytics experience or a combination of both Desired Qualifications Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to organize and manage multiple prioritiesAbility to interact effectively and confidently with senior managementKnowledge and understanding of U.S.
