MSP – Technical Account Manager

This is a Contract position in Walton, NY posted November 20, 2019.

Our New York City office located in the heart of the Financial District is seeking a passionate and dynamic Technical Account Manager that will work hand in hand with our clients.

Your day will consists of actively engaging and visiting our clients at their office to discuss their Technical and Business requirements.

Continuous monitoring of incoming client tickets to ensure escalation and resolution along with our Service Desk.

Seek new opportunities, keep up with the latest trends in technologies including CyberSecurity and Regulatory compliance such as NIST, SEC, DFARS, etc.

Ongoing development of client relationships through regular contact and escalation resolution.

Develop touch strategy and client onsite visitation schedule Develop and plan Technology quarterly business reviews Work to ensure client retention through regular client communication, scorecard, scorecard analysis and trend analysis.

Work together with Operations Staff, Sales/Marketing and executive team to achieve Firm goals.

Work on relationship, retention and satisfaction of the identified clients along with mining for the opportunities to cross/up sell additional products and services.

Provide pricing, implementation information and contract amendments for add on services.

These activities may be done alone or with the assistance of a sales/technical support team.

Manage the client review process from beginning-to-end including maintaining client presentations, documenting client notes and insuring follow through on any resulting action items.

Review issue logs and status reports for clients in preparation for client reviews; partners with supervisors and associates to resolve complex client issues, according to appropriate legal and compliance requirements.

Create client presentation material and obtain all appropriate materials and collateral.

Anticipate potential client escalations.

Proactively communicates action to minimize risk.

Actively partners with established Operations team on named accounts to aid in escalations or client reviews.

Understanding of Microsoft Technologies such as Windows, Servers, Office 365, Networking, Virtualization, VDI
